Why is the Certified Surveillance Professional (CSP) certification a good idea?

The CSP certification is recognized throughout the surveillance profession; therefore, receiving the certification enhances your professional credentials.  Obtaining certification demonstrates your commitment to the field.

How does one attain the CSP certification?

Candidates must successfully complete the twenty-six core skills or knowledge sets that are provided at no additional charge to the candidate through seminars, programs and online training.  Once all sets have been successfully completed, the candidate can request the certification exam (for a small fee).  Individuals that successfully pass the certification exam will be awarded the prestigious Certified Surveillance Professional (CSP) certificate and recognized on the IACSP website.
